Accuro Health Insurance streamlines claiming process
Accuro members can now claim and apply for pre-approvals online on their new member portal.

“When a member needs to claim, it is likely a stressful time for them. The easier we can make things, the less worries they’ll have and that’s what we’re here for,” Kirsty says.
The main features of the portal are the ability to apply for pre-approvals online and to save & submit claims. Along with these members will be able to update their details, apply to suspend their policy and see what is covered under their plan.
They have already started working on the next phase of their online service. Which will include further upgrades with what members can do.
